Do you replace a CTO?
At early stages (up to 10 devs), yes. We act as Fractional CTO providing technical direction, code review and decision-making. For larger companies, we complement existing technical leadership.
How does the engagement work?
We work with monthly retainer packages with dedicated hours, weekly meetings and emergency availability. The scope is flexible and adjusted to the product stage.
Do you cover any tech stack?
Yes. Although our primary stack is JavaScript/TypeScript, we serve projects in Python, PHP, Go, .NET, Java and other technologies for diagnosis, architecture and technical direction.
